Our annual Summer Volunteen opportunity is now open! Ideal Volunteen applicants will be starting grades 9-12 in the fall and wish to volunteer a minimum of 10 hours during the summer. CAPL Volunteens’ main task is helping in person with Summer Reading Sign-Up and other aspects of the Summer Reading Program. Volunteens will also have the opportunity to help with kid’s programs and classes.

Mandatory training will take place at the Library on Friday, May 30 from 3:30-4:15 pm. The deadline to apply is May 29, 2025 to be considered. We have a max capacity of 40 volunteers, so if our capacity is reached the application may close early. Apply online now.
